2. Data We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the following personal data:

  • Full name
  • Work email address
  • Company name
  • Service of interest
  • Project stage (optional)
  • Project description (free text you provide)
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, referring URL, UTM campaign parameters

We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined by Article 5 of Law 1581 of 2012.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiry and providing the information you requested.
  • Evaluating the scope of a potential engagement and routing your request to the appropriate team.
  • Following up on commercial proposals when you have expressed interest in our services.
  • Improving our website and understanding how visitors discover ZEVORIX (via UTM parameters).

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent, provided at the time of form submission (Article 9, Law 1581 of 2012, and Decree 1377 of 2013). You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@zevorix.io.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for a maximum of 5 years from the date of your last interaction with us, unless a shorter or longer period is required by applicable law or a specific contractual relationship.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is accessible only to ZEVORIX team members who need it to respond to your inquiry. ORBIT platform customers who enable AI-assisted root cause analysis share technical information with a sub-processor, as described in Section 8. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services on this website.

7. International Transfers

Your data is stored on servers located within or operated by providers that comply with international data protection standards. Any transfer outside Colombia is made under appropriate contractual safeguards in accordance with Article 26 of Law 1581 of 2012.

In particular, AI-assisted root cause analysis on the ORBIT platform (Section 8) involves a transfer to Anthropic, PBC, in the United States, acting as a sub-processor under a contractual agreement that limits the use of the information to providing the service.

8. ORBIT Platform: AI-Assisted Root Cause Analysis

When a data validation run by a customer fails and our rule-based analysis cannot explain it, the SENTINEL module of the ORBIT platform may request a root cause analysis from a large language model provided by Anthropic, PBC (United States), acting as a sub-processor.

  • What is sent: the dataset name, the names of the columns whose schema changed, the error text and aggregated quality indicators (scores, rates, counts).
  • What is never sent: records, rows or field values of the customer's data.

Each customer organization controls this in ORBIT (Settings → Organization → AI analysis privacy):

  • On: the information above is sent as is.
  • Aliased: the dataset and column names are replaced by aliases and the error text is removed before sending. The mapping between aliases and real names stays within ZEVORIX's infrastructure on AWS.
  • Off: the model is not called; only the rule-based analysis runs, and it does not leave AWS.

If the preference cannot be read, nothing is sent. Analysis results are kept for 90 days. The transfer to the United States is made under the safeguards described in Section 7 (International Transfers).

9. Your Rights (Habeas Data)

In accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data we hold.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Revoke your consent to processing.
  • Complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) if you believe your rights have been violated.

To exercise any of these rights, send a written request to contact@zevorix.io. We will respond within 15 business days as required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
